• Vehicle details: year, make and model, so we bring the right wiper size.
• Booking and payment details: what you ordered, when, and the amount paid. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Messages: calls, texts, emails and form submissions you send us.
• Website data: basic technical information collected automatically, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location from your IP address, through cookies and similar tools.

03Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Wipers Now may send you booking confirmations, arrival updates, reminders and, if you opt in, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

04How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our booking and customer communication platform, payment processor, website host and mapping services. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Our technicians, who need your name, location and vehicle details to complete the job.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
• Business transfers: if Wipers Now is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
