01Our Services

Wipers Now provides mobile windshield wiper replacement. We bring the wiper blades to your location and install them on your vehicle. Services are available within our service area, roughly 25 miles around West Covina, CA 91791. Locations outside this area are at our discretion.

02Booking and Arrival

• You can book by phone at (877) 999-9711 or through our website.
• We come to you within 2 hours of your booked service. Arrival times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, demand or other conditions outside our control.
• A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and agreed a time and location with you.

03Pricing and Payment

• Our current offer is 2 front wipers installed for $24.95. Rear wipers are $10 each, installed.
• Limited time offers are available while they last and may change or end at any time without notice. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.
• Prices include installation. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment.
• Payment is due when the service is completed, unless agreed otherwise at booking.

04Your Responsibilities

• Give us your correct vehicle year, make and model so we bring the right wipers.
• Make sure your vehicle is parked somewhere safe and legal, where our technician can access it.
• Be present at the appointment, or confirm you own the vehicle or have permission to have work done on it.
• Let us know about any existing damage to your wiper arms, windshield or vehicle before we start.

05Perfect Fit Guarantee

If the wipers we install do not fit your vehicle correctly because of our error, we will replace them with the correct size at no extra cost. This guarantee does not cover fit problems caused by incorrect vehicle details given at booking, or by aftermarket or modified wiper arms.

06Cancellations and Rescheduling

Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (877) 999-9711 or email [email protected] as soon as possible. If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle, or no one with permission is available, we may need to rebook the appointment.

07Products and Warranties

We install wiper blades from trusted brands, including Bosch, Trico, Rain-X and Chiccos. Wiper blades are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, where one applies. Wiper blades wear out with normal use, sun and weather, and replacement every 6 to 12 months is recommended.

08Refunds

If you are not happy with your installation, contact us at [email protected] or (877) 999-9711 within 7 days and we will make it right, either by fixing the issue or offering a refund at our discretion. Refunds are not given for normal wear and tear or for damage caused after installation.

09Liability

Our technicians take care when working on your vehicle. If you believe damage was caused by our work, tell us as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of the service, so we can review it.

To the extent allowed by law, Wipers Now is not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by worn or faulty parts we did not supply, or indirect losses such as lost time or income. Our total liability for any service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California or federal consumer protection law.

10Calls and Text Messages

If you opt in on our website form, Wipers Now may send you text messages at the number you provided.

• Service messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates and customer support.
• Marketing messages: special offers and discounts, only if you check the separate marketing box.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (877) 999-9711 or [email protected].
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11Website Use

All content on wipersnow.com, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Wipers Now or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent. Brand names and logos of the wiper products we install belong to their respective owners. We aim to keep website information accurate, but prices, offers and availability may change.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. The terms in place at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
